Well... Three months is a bit long, but here it is. And Book I of JoO is done!
I feel like I can only apologize for being this slow, but the update is here. To at least try and explain myself, I have finally taken some measures to deal with things that had been bothering me probably since before I put the pen to paper for the first time and untangling this mess is kind of... difficult. Oh yes and there is also that LARP I'm going to attend in September, keeping me busy and stuff. But here it is - a brand new update I hope you will enjoy.

First of all - I hope that New Year has started well for all of you.
With chapter 25 published we are almost at the finish line for Book I of this fanfiction. Same time last year I wouldn't have thought that it will ever happened, but here we are. And it's as much because I am one stubborn bastard when I put my mind to it, as because of the wonderful support this story has gotten so far.

Apologies for the delay! If someone happens to follow my Tumblr, they know that I had a lot to deal with lately and that I have also been a bit distracted with another writing project (patraining to 'The Witcher' fandom which can also be read on my AO3). I do hope that I made it up to you all somehow, considering the word count :) Speaking of which - we are only two chapters away from the end of Book I (because I am way too stubborn about the chapter count), so you all can expect them to be just as long. I hope so.

Updating early in hopes of clearing out my head befroe setting back to work. I'm planning to use the NaNo hype to possible get at least the drafts of the last 3 chapters done. Though knowing myself...
Anyway I can't belive that Book I of this story is coming to an end...
